Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, please immediately inspect your package for any signs of damage or missing items, especially for temperature-sensitive gourmet goods.
Contact Support
Email our concierge team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged products or packaging.
Await Authorization
Our team will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for non-perishable returns or approve a direct refund for damaged food items.
Resolution
Once your claim is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement shipment via expedited delivery.
